Recent Developments
Introduction
The landscape of family law is constantly changing. New precedents, appeals, legislation, policies and guidance appear regularly and can make a significant difference to its day to day workings. It is important for many reasons to be up to date with the latest developments.
Families Need Fathers endeavours to ensure that the information we provide is up-to-date and reflects current practice. However, we also endeavour to be accurate and comprehensive, therefore cannot always instantly update our formal information.
Furthermore, even areas of law which have been established for some time can change. If you are well-informed on a particular topic then you may not have a need to regularly read up on it - the downside being that if a change is instigated, you may not find out as quickly as you need to.
Therefore, we provide this page where we will notify of recent changes and developments in family law to help you keep up-to-date.
